IMO: Uzodinma's Outstanding Achievements Recommend Him For More Responsibilities.

Truth be told, the developmental strides of Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma  have qualified him for more responsibilities in Imo and beyond.

Despite the challenge of dwindling revenue, Imo Governor has continued to impact positively on the state through people-oriented projects.

The governor's effective management of state resources for the execution of major projects already projects him as a leading light in this dark moment of Nigeria's democracy.

Beyond the ongoing massive infrastructural development and various project commissioning which continue to attract the attention and presence of eminent leaders like President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbanjo among others across the federation, Gov Uzodinma has positively impacted all sectors of the state’s economy.

Uzodinma's revolutions in the health,  and education sectors is second to none. 

Even though the governor's outstanding achievements are too numerous to highlight, it is worthy to mention few of his many revolution on health which includes the provision of Mobile Clinics for the rural dwellers, construction and equipping of health centres in the 305 Electoral Wards in Imo State and  enhancement of activities in the 19 General Hospitals in the state.

The governor's procurement of modern medical equipment for the State owned University Teaching Hospital at Orlu with the attendant facilitation of the requirements for the accreditation of the Medical College which resulted in the graduation of students after more than 11years, among other interventions in the medical sector of the State.

Uzodinma's strings of roads scattered all over strategic points in Imo State. Apart from the signature Owerri-Orlu, Owerri-Okigwe and the ongoing Owerri-Mbaise road, the numerous newly reconstructed roads aimed at decongesting a seemingly insurmountable traffic situation are a clear attestation to what visionary and people-oriented leadership can do.

Let not be led into the temptation of mentioning  the completely rebuilt Imo State House of Assembly Complex and many other people-oriented projects.

However, worth mentioning is the recent flagged-off  'Skill-up Imo Project' organized by the Ministry of Digital Economy and E-Government targeted at  training more than 100,000 Imo youths in digital skills on entry and advance levels which tends to reduce  crime, criminality and idleness and making the youths to be more focused.

This leadership prowess of Senator Hope Uzodinma , millions of Imo residents strongly  believe, will fetch him a landslide victory if he seeks re-election for the governorship in 2023.
